Peakly is designed to help adults with ADHD track their medication timing, log daily check-ins, and build a personalised medication response curve — so they can understand when their focus peaks and crashes each day.

- Your check-in data and dose logs are processed by our AI system (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your personalised medication response curve
- This processing happens on our secure backend — your raw data is never sent directly to a third-party AI without passing through our servers first
- AI-generated outputs are stored as your personalised curve data in your account
4.4 Push Notifications
- To send you check-in reminders, focus window alerts, crash prediction warnings, and dose timing drift alerts at your configured times
- Notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
4.5 Beta Program and Product Improvement
- To collect your feedback on features and suggestions
- To analyse anonymised usage patterns to improve the app
- To communicate product updates, new features, and beta program information
4.6 Legal and Safety Obligations

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Supabase
Purpose: Database storage, user authentication, and backend functions
Data shared: Your account profile, medication configuration, dose logs, check-in records, curve data, and notification preferences are stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure.

5.2 Anthropic (Claude API)
Purpose: AI processing to generate your personalised medication response curve
Data shared: Your anonymised check-in history and dose log data is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate curve predictions and insight text. We do not share your name, email, or directly identifiable information with Anthropic's API.

5.3 Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google)
Purpose: Delivering push notifications to your device
Data shared: Your device's FCM token is registered with Firebase to enable notification delivery. Firebase does not receive your health or medication data.

5.4 RevenueCat
Purpose: Managing subscriptions, free trials, and in-app purchase verification
Data shared: Your subscription status, purchase events, and app user ID are shared with RevenueCat to manage your subscription state. RevenueCat does not receive your health or medication data.

5.5 Apple App Store / Google Play Store
Purpose: Processing all in-app subscription payments
Data shared: All payment transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google. Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd does not store your payment card information.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between the Peakly app and our servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption
- Encryption at rest:Your data is stored on Supabase's encrypted cloud infrastructure
- Row-Level Security:Our database enforces strict access rules — no user can access another user's data under any circumstances
- API key protection: All sensitive API keys (including the AI API key) are stored exclusively on our backend servers — never in the mobile app
- Authentication security: Passwords are hashed by Supabase — we never store plain-text passwords
8. AI Data Usage
Peakly uses artificial intelligence to build your personalised medication response curve. Here is how this works transparently:
- Your check-in ratings (focus, mood, energy) and dose log timestamps are sent to our secure backend server
- Our backend server sends this data — in a structured, anonymised format — to Anthropic's Claude API
- The AI returns a predicted curve, peak times, crash times, and a short insight text
- This output is stored as your curve data in your Peakly account
- Your name, email, and directly identifiable personal information are never included in the data sent to the AI
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- If you delete your account, all your personal data — including dose logs, check-in records, curve data, and profile information — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
- Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for product improvement purposes
- Backup data may persist for a short period after deletion for system integrity purposes
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@peakly.app and we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
12. International Users
Peakly is operated by Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence (including servers operated by Supabase and other service providers listed in Section 5).
By using Peakly, you consent to the transfer of your information to these servers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
13. Medical Disclaimer
Peakly is a personal tracking and pattern recognition tool. It is not:
- A medical device
- A clinical diagnostic tool
- A substitute for professional medical advice
- A replacement for your prescribing doctor's guidance
The medication response curves, focus window predictions, crash alerts, and all AI-generated insights provided by Peakly are based solely on your self-reported check-in data. They are intended for personal awareness and scheduling purposes only.
Always follow your prescriber's guidance on medication timing, dosage, and management.
If you have concerns about your medication's effectiveness or side effects, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our app evolves, particularly during the beta phase where features and integrations may change.
